About Dania Furniture

Dania Furniture is not only the worst furniture store in the world, but is a part of the worst corporate entities in the history of the world Scandinavian Designs-Interline Inc., which started terrorizing humanity in 1963. Included in this family of misfit furniture brands are Scandinavian Designs (the original, awful brand) and Plummers, which are not only dull names, but incredibly uncreative and stale, which is reflected in their products.  They basically sell the same stuff under a different name; you know, the the mayo approach to establishing marketshare.  All brands are bundled into the evil headquarters located at:

Erling Eide is the CEO of the company, and has amassed a powerful army of 201-500 mercenaries (employees) in 37 locations that span seven states: California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.  Inside each grotesque store is stocked with an unending arsenal of faux high-end furniture without a hint of any unique craftsmanship, backed with god-awful customer service. And yet, these stores exist after years of torment.  It's confounding to understand how such a nightmare of a company could exist for half a century, but like the cockroaches that they are, they persist through time, annoying and grossing everyone out that comes into contact with them.

Noteworthy:

• In May 2010, Scandinavian Designs-Interline Inc., was sued by the Bogart LLC, and settled one year later for an undisclosed amount.  Read the official court filing, and get the full story on how Dania tried to rip off Humphrey Bogart, but totally failed like the idiots that they are.
• The most recent consumer-facing debacle is the recall of the Riley Duo Bunk Beds.  In November 2013, the United States Consumer Protection Safety announced the aforementioned furniture, manufactured by Wood Castle Furniture and distributed through the evil Dania empire.  Geared towards, children, poorly manufactured guard rails present a hazard to children.
